Rated 1 de 5 de par Ne fonctionne pas Très déçu du scanner. De 1 l'intérieur du Scan est jaune, donc quand on Scan, on voit les bordures jaune autour du document scanner ce qui ne rend pas du tout professionnel et présentable. De 2, sur mac, il est impossible d'installer les logiciels, DS capture ne reconnait pas le scanner. Donc je ne peux utiliser le scanner qu'avec la carte SD. Pas du tout ce que je recherche.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Ok, but a little temperamental when connected to a In many ways it is a great product. It gets the job done and is compact. The issue is when connected to my Mac pro it does not work consistently. I have to plug and plug as well as push several buttons. If you have any solutions that could help, I would give this product a better rating

HE HAS TRIED TO HELP ME ON AND OFF FOR DAYS. I'M AFRAID OF WHAT HE IS GOING TO CHARGE ME NOW AS THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK WITH MY I PAD AIR AS AVERTISED. WHAT A WASTE OF $ AND TIME!!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great Scanner I had another brand Receipt Scanner and replaced with the Brother 820W. I could not be happier. Great piece of equipment and woks like a charm. Very good battery life, WiFi very handy. The NEAT receipt scanner RECEIPT software works a tad better at OCSing receipts. Overall could not be happier with the 820W

Rated 5 de 5 de par So Glad I Bought It!! I am a little technically challenged so it took me a bit to get it set up. But now I use it almost every day and I love it!! It's so easy and SO much faster then scanning on my printer!!!
