Rated 3 de 5 de par Brother MFC-J497DW printer review. A decent printer for the price. Ink is a bit dear and to me it seams that due to the self cleaning function of the printer, ink cartridges get used up fast. I have not printed photos not anything fancy so I cannot comment on that. Supposedly you can print black and white if one color cartridge is used up but I have never been able to which sucks. Easy enough to use.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Auto ON/OFF Great printer with one exception. Why doesn't the printer automatically turn on when a message is sent from the CPU to print something. Why do I have to physically turn the printer on. Other Brother printers I have (and I have 4 total) turn on automatically whenever a message is sent to print.?? This only happens for the first message sent in the morning.
