Rated 4 van de 5 door uit Works great, auto shutoff does not work Overall, the printer works well in my home office setting. Connecting to the wireless network was easy and connecting devices was straightforward. The only problem I have is the automatic shutoff does. not. work. I’ve spoken to their tech support twice and no one seems to understand why it doesn’t turn the printer off. It’ll go to sleep just fine, but I want it off. I’m told they will report it, but who knows? So for now, I have to turn it off manually.

Rated 4 van de 5 door uit Great small office printer for lite work Great printer for small office. Duplex feature is perfect for a small printer. Connectivity is easy, pairing feature for on the go straight forward. Medium to high quality prints, color works well for the most part, there are lines visible even when lens is cleaned.

Rated 4 van de 5 door uit OK Printer with one issue of note Generally seems to work well though I have had issues with paper jamming ... and sometimes its very difficult to clear. I use 24lb paper and it seems that for that weight paper you need to set the internal settings for "thick" paper. But I don't see any documentation that says what is "thick" and what is not. It seems you can still use non-Brother toner which is a very positive thing. Don't think about buying an HP as they may not allow it and you can save a TON of money. Brother is much better in that regard in my experience.

Rated 4 van de 5 door uit Efficient and has many features. The printer is efficient and has many features, such as copying and scanning. My only problem was trying to print out a few address labels while using a sheet of Avery address sticky labels, that had a few empty spaces where I had previously printed labels (from a previous printer). I found it confusing as to how to load the partially used sheet and after 3 attempts finally had to throw the sheet away, as the addresses were printed all over the sheet but not exactly within the labels. . It seems like the machine prints on the back side of the paper and also prints things out from the bottom to the top, instead of from the top of the document to the bottom. Of all the printers we've had this is the only one that I can't figure out how to print on labels when the sheet is partially used.
