The biggest piece of rubbish we have ever had!Has never worked properly since day one, store keeps fobbing us off and won't replace it. Start button doesn't work on it, and scanner only works half the time.
Will never ever buy Brother again. This scanner has cost our business a great deal of time, stress and money.

The best..Very pleased with PDS 5000. Cheap / Fast and very effective way of keeping records. It helped manage my record keeping and retrieval in a very effecient manner..

PDS5000 ScannerWe have had this product for four weeks and the speed of scanning is excellent. Set up is quick and easy with no compatibility issues. I would highly recommend this product (especially the feature of duplex scanning) which really speeds up the process. It is compact and neat as well.

Speedy ScannerI have had this item for just over 2 weeks now to replace a unit in our office.
I find the product very good at processing the information, and has cut down our scanning time by 2/3.
The option buttons are very easy to use and set up for individual needs.
Without this scanner we would be loosing a downtime of easy 3 person hours per day.
With the extended 3 year warranty I have a great deal of faith in this product..
